Frequently asked questions
How accurate are SnapCalo's calorie and macro estimates?
SnapCalo is designed to provide useful calorie and macro estimates, but no food-tracking app can be perfectly accurate because foods, recipes, and portion sizes naturally vary. For the best results:
- Use good lighting. Natural daylight or a bright room usually gives the clearest result.
- Keep the meal clearly visible, in focus, and large enough in the photo.
- Use the latest version of SnapCalo, as the app is continuously improved.
If a result still looks clearly wrong, you can adjust it in the app or contact support with a screenshot so we can look into it.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed through the store used for purchase. On iOS, open Apple ID subscription settings. On Android, open Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
I paid, but Premium is not active. What should I do?
Confirm that you are signed into the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase, check that the subscription is active in the store, reopen SnapCalo, and use any available restore-purchases function. Send support a screenshot of the store subscription status, but never send full payment details.
Does SnapCalo require an account?
The current version is designed without a conventional personal SnapCalo account. Purchases remain associated with the Apple or Google account used for the transaction.
How can I request access to or deletion of data?
Send a request to [email protected]. Since there is no standard SnapCalo account, explain which support message, feedback report, purchase, device installation, or approximate date relates to your request. Locally stored app data can generally be removed through the app, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling the app.
